"The process begins when we select and buy the wool. We wash it and then we dye it. We soak it overnight in hot water with the coloring agents. When the yarn is dry, we set up the handloom with a cotton warp. And we begin to weave. When we finish, we tie the fringe by hand.

"Over the years, we have had to struggle to get by sometimes. It hasn't always been easy. But the love we feel for our craft and our traditions is what keeps us working for a better future."
