“It has been through the great influence of our father in ceramics, that we are now a family that is entirely dedicated to this field.
“Our family has worked with ceramics for a long time (60 years). In my case, I had a great natural inclination for art, administration and business. What attracts me most to our craft is the potential for creativity, the transformation of ideas into products and the development expectations that exist in this profession.
“Since we were children, my father saw his mission as transmitting this artisan discipline to us. More than anything it taught us the value of perseverance and responsibility, along with passion and hard work, with which anything can be achieved. In addition to constant learning through mistakes, they are the values that teach us the right path.
“We are passionate about each of the stages of the transformation of the pieces. We each have a particular curiosity or scientific skill that has been improved with practice. You can see the result in the finished pieces. I particularly like when there is promotion, dissemination and exhibition of our pieces, where our work and family history are recognized.
“I believe that our greatest inspiration comes from nature, the tradition of ancient ceramics, the family, and our own perception as individuals. We are inspired by meeting diverse people and cultures and constantly experimenting with new materials and ideas.
“It is essential to learn to be flexible and adapt quickly to new customer and market needs. The customer is always in constant change and we must follow the same cycle of change to always meet and exceed expectations.
“Learning to work as a team is very important in order to consolidate projects. We work with passion for what we do, because we know the importance of our profession in society. All our family members and collaborators have tasks and activities assigned to them, and all have a unique talent that is shared and used differently.
“We are always seeking to guarantee quality and exceed the expectations of our customers.”
