"I'm Priyanka Gupta from the southernmost state of India. One day while I was picking out jewelry, I had an epiphany and... realized I had found my calling.
"Designing jewelry is challenging but I've always looked at doubt and adversity as motivation. I was my own biggest doubter for a very long time; I didn't believe I was very creative.
"My parents instilled in me the importance of watching and observing, and this has helped me to learn this art. I took courses to enhance my skills and channel my creativity in the right direction, but I've always felt that learning from experience is far more important. I want to refine my craft and take it to the next level.
"People often take inspiration from things around them and I do, too. My country's culture, heritage, shapes and architecture all inspire me. I want to create fashionable, high quality jewelry that is affordable and transcends time. To ensure this, I use materials like sterling silver and genuine gemstones. All my jewelry is crafted at the workshop in my home, and all the designs are my own.
"My family has been with me through my highs and lows and have been my biggest supporters. I can be sure of their support and for that I couldn't be more thankful. Whenever I am struggle or lose hope, I look to my husband who reminds me how creative I am and he is my pillar of support."
