A classic sense of art and talented hands unite in this home accent, crafted from acacia wood in a polished finish. "When I was a child, I used to see the beautiful handcrafted items in our workshop, and this always inspired me."

“My name is Pranav Gupta, and I come from the ‘Pink City’ of India, Jaipur. My friends say that I am an honest person... possessing a helpful nature, and good at multitasking.

“I come from a family of art and craft traditions that we inherited from previous generations. My father has had his own handicraft business since 2003. When I was a child, I used to see the beautiful handcrafted items in our workshop, and this always inspired me. As I grew up, I had the urge to be a part of this unique art and craft world. After completing my education, I joined my father in his handicraft business. I used to spend hours watching the talented artisans craft each piece to create products of exceptional beauty. I asked the artisans to teach me the process and techniques of creating the products. Although I was more keen on designing products, I felt that it was very important to experience and have the knowledge of creating them, too.

“With practice, dedication and hard work, I excelled in designing and creating pieces of utmost beauty. We specialize in all kinds of home furnishings, wooden accessories and small wooden furniture. We are widely known for our assured quality, attractive colors, style quotient, eye-catching patterns, alluring designs and durability. Our main objective is to provide our customers good quality products, keeping at par with the trends of the market.

“My favorite craft amongst all is the wooden accessories and furniture. I feel the most challenging thing is to make difficult shapes of wooden accessories in small sizes and to make knock-down wooden furniture. Presently we are a team of 100 people, all working together.

“My father has always been a constant support for us. He believes that the dedication, commitment and talent of a person can help him to attain his goals. He always motivates and encourages the team to work towards new ways to accomplish their goals. He helps us to manage all the aspects of business with complete efficiency and precision.

“We have participated in various exhibitions and national fairs like the IGHF, and international fairs like the AMBIENTE and HEIM-TEXTILE. We have a dedicated team of designers and artisans for each collection that we participate in any exhibition.

“We try to take care of our artisans by giving them employment, supporting them in their needs and helping them to provide education for their children.

“I definitely would like to teach this art to someone who has the curiosity to learn it, especially the young generation, so as to preserve this form of art. I wish to spread the beauty of these handcrafted products to all the people all over the world, so that they can appreciate and acknowledge their beauty. I am thankful to Novica for providing us a platform to spread this art form worldwide.”

FINDING YOUR SIZE

Take your measurements with the tape measure over your under garments. If your measurements fall between sizes you may prefer the next larger size. Inseam, skirt and dress lengths vary by style and will be listed in the item description. Our sweaters are knit in standard American sizes, however actual measurements vary by style.

BUST / CHEST

Measure around the fullest part of chest under the arms and over the shoulder blades keeping the tape measure level.

WAIST

Measure around the smallest part of the waist keeping the tape measure comfortably loose. Most garments use the low waist measurement noted below.

LOW WAIST

Measure around the body approximately 1.5" below the natural waist (above). This is the area where most pants and skirts actually fit.

HIPS

Standing with your heels together, measure around the fullest part of the body approx 7"-8" below the waist.

NECK

Measure around the base of the neck keeping the tape measure comfortably loose.

SLEEVE

Bend elbow slightly and starting at the center back of the neck, measure across the shoulder, to the elbow and down to the wrist.

INSEAM

Our standard inseam length for women is 32" and 34" for men; however inseam measurements will vary slightly by style.

 

Belts with buckles are measured in inches that correspond to a waist size however, most people do not wear belts on the waist, they wear them closer to the hips. A buckle belt measurement is take from the end of the "pin" of the buckle to the middle hole on the belt. Generally there are 5 holes for size adjustment, with a 1" space between each, so the middle hole will the be average size of the belt.

For at tie belt (no buckle) measure the belt portion end to end and half of the tie portion. This again is the medium size of the belt.

For a soft fabric tie belt it can be called "1 size fits most" and the entire length of the belt should be measured and listed.

Sash tie length

Lay sash/tie out flat away from the garment and measure from end to end.

Belt with buckle

Measure from the end of the pin of the buckle (where it touches the buckle) to the middle hole.

Belt without buckle

Measure from the belt portion end to end and half of the tie portion. This is will give you the medium size of the belt.
