Bohemian. I love that word. It screams free spirit to me. I grew up in the 60’s and 70’s and I identified with the title “hippie.” I mean, hello, the word alone is cool; it brings visions of Joan Baez, Stevie Nicks, Janis Joplin, embroidered tops, bell bottom jeans and real rock and roll music. Now that I’m, ummm, let’s say, mature, my inner child prefers the label “bohemian.”
No matter what term you identify with, boho chic is chic for a reason! It encompasses so many looks and styles. UNICEF has so many boho necklaces, and other boho jewelry that appeal to me no matter what my inner child is called!
Here is what I would love to wear today:
The Hindu Omo necklace by Khun Boom is beautiful! A variety of agates in striped gray, milky brown and milky gray for this sterling silver necklace bathed in 24k gold is truly stunning! I am certain that adding this to my sun salutations would bring me true inner peace.
These hand crafted earrings by Hariyono in Bali feature three hoops in different contours and sizes in 18K gold plated brass. They look so fun and so unique that with my short hair these 1.9″ long, high-polish beauties are sure to get compliments galore!
Next up I would add a large, bold ring in silver!
The next thing is to tie in the gold necklace, gold earrings, and the silver ring all together. I’d do that by stacking a few different bracelets on one arm. I love stacking bracelet so I would start with a rich, dark brown leather piece with silver accent pieces like the one above. Then, I’d add a more feminine touch with the bracelet below.
This bracelet’s charms tie in well with the gold earrings while the 24k gold plated brass, garnet, labradorite stones tie in with the necklace. The pop of color is subtle and very feminine.
Because I want just a little more silver to bring the look together, I would add this leather wrap and silver charms bracelet to my arm. Again, the charms meld together the gold bracelet and the earrings, while the silver ties in the bold ring.
Since my inner Stevie Nicks wants to be heard, I would also include this bracelet for good measure.

This is a bracelet that could be worn alone or stacked, from daytime to evening wear, and are absolutely guaranteed to get compliments. SO pretty!
