"I was born in London, England in 1965. One of life's most difficult moments was when I began a new life in Mexico in 1995. I had to adapt to the cultural differences, to be able to channel my creativity and launch a new workshop. The years have gone by and now I've spent a lifetime in Mexico.

"I first began creating jewelry at the age of 20 when I signed up for an afternoon class at the England Art Center. I was captivated, and jewelry opened a path toward independence so that I could live by doing the things I love most.

"When I first arrived in Mexico, I studied at the School of Fine Arts with teachers like Ignacio Gomez, a renowned silver artist from Taxco. With much practice and also the wonderful work opportunities in Mexico, I was able to develop and refine my silver designs.

"My inspiration comes from nature and everything around me. My workshop is in my home, and the artisans who assist me also work from home. They are honest, loyal and hardworking, and I can always count on them to achieve our standards of quality.

"I think challenges give me the most satisfaction. That's why I always try to create new designs and implement new techniques. In the same way, it's exciting and rewarding when I see someone wearing my designs.

"My dreams include traveling and continuing to find inspiration for my art. Most of all, I hope to be happy. I love Mexico!"
