“Hello! I am Amilkar Granados. I learned the art of this trade a few years ago, thanks to my uncle. Then I worked in... genuine leather footwear export companies and I was fascinated by the process with which each piece is made. However, it was necessary to continue preparing myself to perfect the different techniques, which is why many years of practice, attending a design school and participating in different leather goods workshops have given me the necessary training to achieve mastery in this art.

“Among the materials that I use is genuine premium quality bovine leather. Sometimes it becomes complicated, since it is not a firm material and it comes out with variations. In addition, you have to be skillful in handling it to obtain a good result. The details, such as high quality, durable copper fittings, which are imported, accompany them.

“I really enjoy designing each piece, and I have the freedom to get inspired, work on the elaboration process and finally see the finished piece. The beauty of leather and the marvelous quality of great leather work is seen in my pieces. In addition to designing original articles in a classic style, I always maintain a high quality standard.

“I continue with great hopes that our work will be positioned in the international market.
