"I was born in a small village in Gianyar in 2000. My father is a jewelry artisan who specializes in making brass... jewelry combinations with gold plating. I am the oldest son, with two little sisters, and I love my family.

"In our village in Bali, I spent my childhood close to nature. I love beaches, forests, and rice fields.

"Every day since I was a little boy, I watched my father making brass jewelry. What he did and the result of his work was always beautiful. So one day I got interested in making jewelry. My father supports me and also teaches me how to handle tools, materials, and other items.

"At the age of 17, I became serious about being a brass and jewelry artisan. I use the same materials as my father, but I combine them with wood. I think it adds another aspect to the golden brass.

"Even though I'm still young, I think my jewelry is beautiful. I put love and effort into all of my jewelry designs. And with my age, I believe I have so much more to learn.

"I feel lucky to be a Novica artisan. There are many senior artisans from whom I can learn, but I also receive input and suggestions for improvement from Novica."
