"I'm Siriwan Lohacheewa but you can call me Aom. I was born in north-central Thailand in 1976. Since childhood, I have... been passionate about painting and crafts. I majored in fine art and then specialized in printmaking.
"My inspiration comes from my childhood experiences. I was surrounded by a lovely environment that motivated me to paint.
"My paintings depict my pet cats, who have meant a lot to me because they taught me how to live and be strong. I often adopt stray kitties and take good care of them if they get sick. I am very happy to love them and care for them.
"Since 1996, I've participated in a number of art competitions, both in Thailand and in Japan, and have won awards for my work."
